Delivery Policy

DJ Music Packs India sells digital products only. There is no physical delivery, courier or shipping charge.

How you receive your packs

• After your payment is confirmed, we share a private Google Drive link with you.
• The link is sent to the WhatsApp number and email address you gave at checkout.
• Please use an email address linked to a Google account, so the folder can be shared with you.

How long it takes

We send your link within 24 hours of payment, and usually much sooner.

If you have not received it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, then contact us.

Downloading

• You can download tracks one by one or a whole pack at once.
• Some packs are large (several GB), so a stable internet connection and enough free space on your device are needed.
• Your access is for life. If you lose your files, you can download them again from the same link.

Correct details

Please make sure your WhatsApp number and email are correct when you order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by wrong contact details, but we will help you as soon as you tell us.
