Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use djmusicpacks.in (the "website") or buy anything from DJ Music Packs India ("we", "us"). DJ Music Packs India is run by an individual seller based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital music packs: collections of audio files for DJs. Everything is delivered online through a private Google Drive link. Nothing is posted or shipped.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the website at the time of your order.
• Payment is made by UPI, directly to our UPI ID, using the QR code or UPI ID shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once the full amount shows in our bank account. We never ask for your UPI PIN, card or bank details.
• We may change prices, packs or offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

3. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we send your private Google Drive link to the WhatsApp number and email you gave us, within 24 hours. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

4. How you may use the files

• Your purchase is for your own personal use as a DJ.
• You may not resell, share, upload, give away or publish the files, the packs or your Drive link, in full or in part.
• If we find that a link or the files have been shared or resold, we may remove access without a refund.
• You are responsible for making sure that your public performances follow the rules of the venue and any music performance licences that apply to you.

5. Packs that share songs

Event packs and bundles are made for particular occasions, so some songs appear in more than one pack. Each pack page lists the other packs it shares songs with, and the custom crate shows how many different songs you will receive before you pay. Library packs do not share songs with each other.

6. Grand Master Collection updates

If you buy the Grand Master Collection, any songs we add to it later will appear in your shared Google Drive folder at no extra cost, for as long as we run the store. We do not promise a particular number of new songs or a schedule for updates.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy before buying.

8. Your information

We only use your details to deliver your order and help you. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We take care to make sure the files are good quality and work as described. However, the packs are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, the most we are responsible for in any case is the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
